On March 3, Aburi Market, a premium Japanese grocery concept store, opened a third location in Vancouver. The new space, located at 101-609 Granville Street, offers a curated selection of grab-and-go sushi, prepared foods, Japanese specialty snacks, and exclusive imported goods.
Owned by Aburi Restaurants Canada, the market features its largest kitchen yet, producing an expanded selection of ready-to-eat items. New to this location is Pan と Pan, a new bakery concept that reimagines Japanese convenience store bread into a premium, pre-packaged offering.
