On May 8 Metro celebrated the grand opening of their new location in South Barrie. Located at 640 Mapleview Drive East the modern store covers over 43,000 square feet and employs 120 people.
Shoppers will find a wide range of Canadian and local offerings, such as Foodland Ontario produce, premium Irresistible and Selection items, ready-to-eat meals, a comprehensive floral department, a fresh bakery, full-service meat and seafood counters, a pharmacy, Nature’s Signature products, and complimentary electric vehicle charging stations.
Customers can collect Moi Rewards at Metro and have the convenience of ordering groceries online at Metro.ca for click-and-collect or home delivery services.
