In November 2025, London Drugs opened its second Winnipeg location at the CF Polo Park shopping centre, in a space that was previously a Zellers. This location is the second store to launch with a new human centered design concept. This concept follows four principles: assistance, personalization, community, and discovery.
Everything is brighter less cluttered, but with wood treatments throughout to avoid a clinical feel. The center of the store that showcases seasonal items has been named The Square and is more boutique-like approach to how the seasonal items are displayed. They've also conciously located departments closer to each other to help with cross-consultation with a professional of each department. For example, watches (electronics) that measure heart rate (pharmacy).
