On July 30, Redberry Restaurants celebrated the opening of the first Canadian Jersey Mike’s Subs outside of Ontario, at 2323 Victoria Avenue East in Regina.
This becomes Redberry’s 13th Jersey Mike’s location nationwide. Following their initial Canadian launch in Markham, Ontario in August 2024, Redberry has announced intentions to open 300 locations across the country over the next decade.
The company also anticipates launching four additional sites in Western Canada in 2025, with at least ten more to follow in 2026. New locations in Saskatoon and Prince Albert, Saskatchewan are also planned for this fall.
