How We Collect Reviews

Canadian shopper accepts the task in the Field Agent app.

Shopper purchases your product at a RONA store or at RONA.ca

Shopper tries the product at home.

Shopper writes an authentic minimum 30 word review and posts it on RONA.ca

Enter your request on the Field Agent site.

Field Agent will send a confirmation email and invoice for the project.

Once payment has been received, Field Agent will launch your Rating & Review task in the app.

Results can be viewed on your personal dashboard as well as on Rona.ca

Click HERE to download a spreadsheet, providing all of the information needed to start a Ratings & Review task and email the form to reviews@fieldagentcanada.com
Field Agent will send a confirmation email with invoice for your Rating & Review project.
Once payment has been received, Field Agent will launch the R&R project in our app and you will be sent a welcome email with access to your personal dashboard to monitor results.
Results will begin to appear on your dashboard within approximately (10) days of product pickup/delivery by our agents.
