In April 2024, Walmart revealed its newly-renovated flagship store in Mississauga, showcasing a strong emphasis on in-store technology and an expanded grocery selection.
Spanning 223,000 square feet, this innovative "Store of the Future" is located within the Square One Shopping Centre, boasting a design centred around customer convenience and cutting-edge tech experiences. Enhanced features include digital and interactive maps for seamless navigation, additional self-checkout kiosks, digital shelf screens, and more.
