Here at Field Agent we LOVE new stores and restaurants! We try to get out to them as soon as they open and share what we see with you!
On February 20, 2026 Sungiven Foods celebrated the grand opening of their second location in Richmond at One Park, near CF Richmond Centre. The grocery chain began opening stores in China in 2011, and by late 2019, the first Vancouver store opened in City Square.
The new One Park location features specialty items and hot foods, daily fresh bakery items, seafood and meats. They've also prioritized more ready-to-eat and grab-and-go options for the "busy urban lifestyle."
We just had to see it, so we sent three local agents to give us a virtual tour. We also asked them to give us their view as a local on this new location and what they really liked (or disliked). Our tour takes you right to the shopper as they explore. See all the photos below!
