Georgia Main Food Group (formerly HY Louie) continues to be at the edge of innovation in Canadian food retail with the launch of its latest Fresh St. Market location in Vancouver; nestled amongst the condo towers near Yaletown and Granville Market. The Vancouver House location is the fifth store in this niche chain and is an exciting addition to the Vancouver peninsula. The four other stores have also been innovators when they launched so we sent a few Field Agents to the store to give us a sense of what this new store looks like.
We also asked these Field Agents to give us their view as local shoppers on this new store and what they really liked (or disliked) using our amazing video selfie technology that takes you right to the shopper as they explore the store.
